If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for a valid reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different copy of the same product.
When Can I initiate a return/ refund?
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged product on delivery
- You changed your mind or You don’t like the device (This only applies within 3 days of receiving the device.)
- You changed your mind after making payment (This reason carries a 20% admin charge and applies only when you have not received the order.)
What I can’t return
- Physically damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Non intact items with no original packaging
- Items which whose accessories are lost or damaged
- Items with visible signs of wear and tear

How long will it take to get a refund/make a replacement after I return an item
The replacement/ refund period starts from the day the item is returned. The returned device is picked up by our delivery person replacement will be processed within 10 working days
Can I return a product after the stated timeline expires?
You will not be able to return the products after the warranty period expires and the return attempt will be rejected.
All items are under 12 months warranty.
Can I return accessories?
We do not offer warranty or refunds on accessories and add-ons such as pouches, screen protectors, earphones etc.
If the return timeline expires. You are entitled to free service as guided by the warranty conditions.
“When can I cancel my order?” >> You can only cancel an order within 8 hours of making the purchase.
